New distributors are eligible to start earning this bonus as soon as they enroll and sponsor two new members (one on each side of their organization).

During the new distributor's first eight weeks with Amkey (known as the *Grace Period), they are not required to be on AutoShip to earn this bonus. However, in order to keep earning it once their Grace Period ends, they are required to begin AutoShip with a minimum of 50BV by the ninth week. In order for AutoShip to begin on the ninth week, it must be activated 30 days prior to the start of that ninth week.

How It Works

When two members of an eligible distributor's downline ¡V one on each side of his/her organization ¡V each generates 200 BV in sales, a match is made and the distributor earns $50. Any BV not matched is accrued (carried over into the next week) until a match is made.

The maximum Organization Development Bonus that can be earned by a distributor with a single business center in a single week is $2,500 or $10,000 per four-week period

If a distributor has three active business centers, his/her earning potential for one week is $7,500 or $30,000 for the four-week period.

Any distributor who generates the maximum $2,500 bonus within one week with one business center is said to have completed one cycle. When the next cycle begins, that center will start accruing BV from zero. In other words, any BV remaining from the previous cycle will not carry over. If a distributor with an active business center generates les s than $2,500 and there is BV left over that could not be matched during the current bonus period, that leftover BV will be carried over into the next period .

Distributors with active business centers who have earned the maximum payout bonus for the Organization Development Bonus (ODB) are eligible to purchase once and activate one or three additional business center (s) .

The OD B payout can be as much as 65% of the company's total enrollment BV. If the amount due for bonuses earned is greater than 65%, the amount over and above 65% will be calculated based on the average figure of a "K value".

OD B are calculated on a weekly basis. Each week begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on Monday and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time the following Sunday.

Please note that the ODBs are paid out weekly, on the Thursday of the third week after the BV calculations are made. In other words, the bonus that is being calculated this week is based on the earned ODB that occurred three weeks before. This additional time allows for the receipt and processing of all payments.

*About the Grace Period

As mentioned above, there is an eight-week **Grace Period for all new distributors. This is designed to give new distributors time to receive training, learn about and use the products, and become familiar with their websites.

Both Standard and Supervisory distributors are automatically qualified and able to receive bonuses on any enrollment and 50% of AutoShip and online order BV matches made during the grace period as long as they have directly sponsored two new members.

In order to remain qualified once the grace period has passed; all distributors must begin receiving AutoShip by the ninth week. In order for AutoShip to begin on the ninth week, it must be activated 15- 30 days prior to the start of that ninth week.

**The grace period begins on the following Monday after you enroll. So, for example, if you sign up on a Tuesday, your grace period does not begin until the following Monday.

Advantages of the Organization Development Bonus

•  There are no time restrictions. As long as the maximum bonus to be earned hasn't been met, then any unused BV carries over automatically until it can be matched.

•  There are no restrictions on the number of generations that can match.

•  There are no geographic restrictions. Any distributor living anywhere is eligible.

•  Bonuses are calculated and paid based on global revenue.
