4. In order to qualify to earn the Global Leadership Bonus, the award winners must meet the required earnings levels as well as comply with all Amkey polices and procedures, and participate in the meetings and activities to actively support Amkey.

5. Distributors earning the rank of manager or above qualify to earn the Global Leadership Bonus, and distributors at each rank will share 1% of the total allocated to that rank. The maximum that can be earned is 5%. For example, a distributor at the top rank will participate in the share of 1% offered at each level of the Global Leaders Bonus.
6. The Global Leadership Bonus is paid on the 15 th of every month.
Notes:
1. Incomes in a four-week calculation period include all award incomes during a completed cycle.
2. An Independent Distributor earning the rank of manager or above will be given special recognition twice a year and will qualify to attend the annual company training tour.
